I own a 1990 -era home in Centenary Heights which, while tidy, was overdue for an update.  When our tenants unexpectedly moved out earlier this year, I seized the opportunity to make some improvements.  Sharon and Richard from Deadline attended the site on the day I made the first phone call to them.  After one meeting, we came up with a design for a major refurbishment of bathrooms and laundry, and some exterior work.  Sharon was able to develop the design along with all required materials and even recommended the colours for floors, walls and fittings.

The time-frame between tenants was very tight and Richard was able to schedule all work to be completed within days, rather than months.  This required precise coordination of materials deliveries, Deadline staff and sub-contractors.  Richard even negotiated timing and logistics with the Agent and in-coming tenant as the work neared completion.  During the project I was kept informed of progress on a daily basis.  We were able to inspect the completed project and it was a transformation from dated to modern luxury!  I am very grateful to Deadline for the quality of the work, and in particular the flexibility to work with our extremely tight….deadline.

Since this project I have referred Deadline to some family members for their own transformations.
